		<description>There is nothing to "enjoy" about smoking. It is the feeling of relief from what the cigarettes caused in the first place (the addiction) that is what keeps people smoking. If you enjoyed bananas, you would hardly get upset and irritable and fixate on the idea of them if you could not obtain them so lets just call a spade a spade: there is nothing enjoyable in being a nicotine addict.

The only way to end this addiction is to quit smoking cold turkey, not nicotine replacements, no substitutes. 

The withdrawal is no worse than the flu and the cravings are just the brain stating it wants the nicotine that it has been accustomed to previously. This will pass within 2 weeks or so as the brain physiolocally reverts back to functioning in nicotine free serum. 

After this any craving or withdrawal is purely psychological and is self imposed torture believing the illusion that smoking was ever "enjoyable".</description>
